Healthcare leaders discuss Partnership for Patients initiative

Some of the best leaders in healthcare have come together to work on reducing preventable harm and preventable readmissions, while also improving outcomes, and safely reducing costs for hospitals. This means better care for you the patient.

The Premier healthcare alliance's  Hospital Engagement Network, is a national collaborative that draws on best practices, success stories, and "lessons learned" from a variety of hospitals and compares them against leaders nationwide. It brings health systems together to help achieve the Partnership for Patients goals set by CMS.
